Our store in Evosmos completed one year of operation and the company celebrated the event with a big event, which took place on Friday, March 21, 2025. Old and new friends of CANDIA rushed to Evosmos at 9 Smyrnis Street, to participate in the big celebration and take part in live raffles with rich prizes, while one lucky winner won a bedroom worth 3,000 euros.
CANDIA sleep experts stores in Thessaloniki and the management team welcomed the public in a festive atmosphere with savory and sweet Mediterranean delicacies from Crete and cocktails with CANDIA raki. Visitors had the opportunity to get to know CANDIA products up close and take photos in the thematic Photobooth.
The glamorous evening was hosted by Mr. Giannis Velivasakis, Store Manager and Mr. Michalis Velivasakis, General Manager of CANDIA, as well as Mr. Charalambos Velivasakis, one of the Velivasakis brothers who founded CANDIA in 1973. The event was also honored with their presence by representatives from the Evosmos Kordelios Commercial Association, the president Mr. Kouimtzis Zacharias, the vice president Mr. Soulas Ioannis and the general secretary Mr. Diafas Georgios, as well as representatives from the local government.
The CANDIA store in Evosmos officially opened a year ago and is designed according to the philosophy “Wake up in the Mediterranean”. The store’s decoration exudes the aura of the Mediterranean, following the standards of the award-winning concept stores of CANDIA’s corporate stores in Athens and Thessaloniki. In the store, visitors can find CANDIA’s mattress and bed collections, as well as quality mattress toppers, pillows, linens and other sleep products.
