Returns for online purchases from candia.gr
If you wish to return a product purchased through the CANDIA e-shop, you have the right to do so within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Required conditions:

The product must be in its sealed commercial packaging.

It must be accompanied by the proof of purchase.
The return can be made:

By delivering the product in its original condition and packaging to the CANDIA headquarters in Spata, along with the proof of purchase.

If you cannot return it yourself, you may contact a transport company of your choice, at your own expense and responsibility.
Withdrawal & return of products due to change of mind (purchases from a CANDIA physical store or company-operated stores)
You have the right to return products purchased from a CANDIA store, free of charge and without having to justify your decision, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
In this case, you are responsible only for the direct cost of returning the products.
Returns are accepted only if:

The product is in its sealed commercial packaging.

The products are in the same condition as when you received them.

They are accompanied by a retail receipt or invoice.

Upon the return of the product, if it has suffered damage or value reduction due to your fault, CANDIA will assess the extent of the damage or reduction in value. In case a refund is required, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the total refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly customized for the specific consumer.

Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, strikes, external partners, etc.) where it is not possible to deliver the products, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone. In such cases, you may declare whether you wish to proceed with the completion of your order.
Right to Modify
CANDIA reserves the right to modify or update products, prices, and transaction terms. Any changes or additions will be communicated through this page.
